The cooling pellets not only increase the pellets hardness but also prevent mildew, eaay for storage and transportation.
The counter flow cooling principle is adopted to cool the pellets with high temperature and high moisture. Hot air touches hot pellets and cool air touches cool pellets so as to avoid the pellet surface crack by shock cooling produced by direct contact between cool air and hot pellets. At the same time, the airclosed airclock is adopted for feeding and bigger air inlet area, therefore it can get better cooling effects.
